How many days are there for product return ?
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
What are the delivery times for national shipments, and what shipping carriers are used?
Delivery times for national shipments vary by pin code and lens type. Single vision lenses typically take 2-7 business days, while multifocal lenses can take up to 12 days. We offer free domestic shipping via BlueDart, FedEx, and DTDC. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
How is my payment information handled and protected during a transaction?
We use Razorpay for processing payments. Razorpay does not store your card data on their servers. Payment information is encrypted using the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS) during processing. Your purchase transaction data is used only as long as necessary to complete the transaction and is not saved afterward.
